Escape The Spire

Welcome, slave, to the Spire! In this game, you play as a slave attempting to escape a magical space known as the Spire. For the entertainment of your unseen captors, you were given a force blade and the promise of freedom if you could ascend the platforms. Failure means either returning to the slave pits below, or death.

Beasts patrol the lower platform while custodians guard the upper platforms. To escape you must reach the highest platform. Beware, all your foes require multiple hits to eliminate while you will perish in one hit from them. However, your blade is very powerful. It knocks enemies back when you hit them. Additionally, when you swing it, the forces created prevent the enemies from hitting you with their strikes. Be warned, this invulnerability is short-lived and if you strike too early, you may doom yourself.

Should you escape or perish, there is always another slave to attempt the challenge.

Controls:

• Arrow Keys/WASD to move.
• E key to attack.
• Space key to jump.
• H key to bring up the help screen.
• Left or Right Shift keys remove help or game over windows.
• ESC key to reload.
